* Application process
Our application process is pretty simple. Once a tenancy application (click to download) is filled out, applicants can interview over the phone or in person. A background check for sexual misconduct is ran, Truly Motivated Transitional Living does not accept sex offenders. Once this process is complete applicants may move in.
* Financial Arrangements
Our rental fee is $525 a month. This includes room, utilities, food, phone, cable, laundry machines and laundry supplies. Residents must pay at time of move in. We understand that at times it is a hardship for individuals to pay everything at once. Truly Motivated allows residents to pay weekly, twice a month or monthy. We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash or check. There is a one time $20 fee for background check.
